Submitting Items to the Newsletter and/or Website 

You can send news items, articles, event notices, comments, pictures, letters to the editor, book reviews, or anything else of general interest to Mexico Democrats Abroad for the newsletter and/or to the website. Items may be edited at the discretion of the editor. If the item is specific to a particular chapter, please indicate which chapter so it can be put in the proper chapter news.

For events, please include:

• Name or description of event
• Location (such as hotel) and address (including city)
• Date and time of event
• Event type and details
    (e.g, monthly meeting; fundraiser; speaker; film; dinner; dance; etc.)
• Contact e-mail or phone number

Newsletter

“Roundup” publishes on or near the first of each month; please submit items one week before  the first of the month.

Send items to the “Roundup” editor, Mags Petela, at editor@mexicodemocrats.org.

Website

Webmaster Jim (“Dr Jimbo”) Stork will post your event notices online at this website. He also will remove them from the site when your event is over.

If you want the item entered in both the newsletter and the website, please indicate that with your submission.
